The Omega Directive

StarFleet began to study the Omega particle as a better energy sorce. One molecule has the same power as one warp core. The Borg also studied Omega with the same results as StarFleet. After the study, StarFleet decided that the exestince of Omega should be keept serect. When any StarFleet vessel detects Omega the ship comes to a complete stop and goes into "Omega Mode." Thus the Omega Directive, which states that Omega must be destroyed at all cost, even if it means overriding the Pride Directive. The only people who know about this directive is th captain of any StarFleet ship. They can tell the crew about this directive or not, it's there choice. The Borg want Omega, because it is perfection.
